Agent Terms

This Agent Terms are additional. You must also agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

As a Casting Director/Agent we give you great trust and with that follow great responsibility.

As a casting director/agent you have the opportunity to;

- Create projects
- Add interesting talents to your projects
- Contact the talents you select
- Write in the bulletin board (Auditions and Events)
- Let the talents that are involved follow the project to the finish line
- Upload and present the finished project (if sound, video or photo).

You agree not to use the Juuger Service to:
- The marketing of products or services
- Send private messages
- Offer assignments that contains nudity or pornographic activity
- Offer assignments to talents under the age of 18 without the parents written agreement
- False give yourself out to be or impersonate another person.

Responsibility

You are legally responsible for all your assignments and any agreement done with any of the registered users orally or in writing.

Note that Juuger will not be a part in any conflict between you and any registered user.

You Agree To Give Credit To Juuger.com:

- in the end text of any film production (always, even if you are hired by a third party),
- in cd covers (always),
- in all other production and associated material where talents from juuger is involved and where ever it is physically possible.
The credit shall contain the words: www.juuger.com or Juuger.com.
You can also (optional) add the text "Artist, People and Music" or juuger.com/profilename (link to talent profile) to give credit to the talent/s involved in your production/s. Log

A log of any communication with talents and other users will be stored in the Juuger database and can be the subject of control and investigation.

Violation

Violation of these Agent Terms, the Terms of Service or good common sense, could lead to exclusion from the Juuger Service.
