If you are a musician or a band, filmmaker or run a label and own all the worldwide rights in your Content as described in The Royalty Agreement, you can upload and sell your or your talents music and videos through the Juuger Service.

How Do I Start Collecting Royalties?

To collect royalties you must:

1. Create a free community profile (control panel)

2. Create a musician, band or filmmaker profile from your community profile (control panel) by clicking "My talent profiles".

3. Create an album (if musician or band), click collect royalties from on-demand (optional), and Upload your content.

What Is My Choices When I Upload Content (Music And Videos)?

When you upload Content (music and videos) you can choose to:

a) promote Your Content through the Juuger Players like New Talent Radio, Juuger Video and Community Players (default).

b) promote and sell (collect royalties) Your Content through the Juuger Players like New Talent Radio, Juuger Video and Community Players.

c) promote and make Your Content available for free download through the Juuger Players like New Talent Radio, Juuger Video and Community Players.

How Much Will I Get Paid In Royalties?

You will get paid a 90 % (90/10-deal) share from every paid download (on-demand) of your content. If you choose to make any content available for free download you will not receive any royalty payment for the downloading of this content.

Note that Juuger is at any time free to change the percent rate being paid as your royalty share. The changes will in that case be current from the time the changes are updated in The Royalty Agreement. Our goal is to always offer the 90/10-deal.

How And How Often Will I Get Paid For Royalties?

You decide how often and when to claim payment for the royalties collected but the amount must have reached at least $20. When you claim payment for the royalties collected it will be paid directly to the owner of the community profile (control panel that manage the talent profiles) within 30 days. Note that to receive a royalty payment you must own a paypal account.

What About New Talent Radio, Juuger Video And Other Juuger Players?

You will not collect royalties or receive payment for the promotion play on any Juuger Players like New Talent Radio, Juuger Video or any Community player at the time.

What Rights Do I Have To Own In The Content?

You must own all the worldwide rights in your content and grant to Juuger a worldwide unlimited licence to promote or promote and sell (optional) your music and videos through Juugers on-demand service and all Juuger Players.

Do I Have Other Responsibilities?

You are personally responsible to share the royalties collected with any other rightholder after your own agreement done or after regulations by local or international law, or local or international standards.

You are personally responsible to pay tax and report to the government about the royalties collected on the Juuger Service after your countrys laws and regulations.

Note that Juuger will not be a part in any conflict between you and any other rightholder. Juuger are free to terminate your content and all your profiles with any sign of misbehavior without prior notification.

How can I terminate the Agreement?

You can terminate The Royalty Agreement at any time by You removing (deleting), or making Your Content unavailable on the Juuger Service.
